• Since our products are handcrafted, slight differences in colour, texture, carving, polish, painting, finish, size, or pattern are natural. 
• These variations make every product unique and are not considered defects. 

3. Handmade Products Disclaimer :

Every Jaipuria's product is handcrafted by skilled artisans.

Therefore, customers are requested to appreciate the uniqueness of handmade products.

Minor variations, tiny bubbles in resin, brush strokes, marble veins, wood grains, texture variations, and handcrafted imperfections are part of the product's artistic nature.

These shall not qualify for replacement or refund.

4. Pricing :

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). 
• Prices include GST wherever applicable. 
• Jaipuria's reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. 

5. Order Acceptance :

We reserve the right to:

• Accept or reject any order. 
• Cancel orders suspected of fraud. 
• Cancel orders due to pricing or inventory errors. 

If payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded.

6. Shipping :

• We offer FREE SHIPPING across India. 
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or public holidays. 
• Jaipuria's is not liable for delays caused by courier partners. 

7. Delivery :

Customers are requested to inspect the package upon delivery.

If the package appears damaged, kindly record an unboxing video before opening.

This helps us process damage claims quickly.

8. Return & Replacement :

Returns and replacements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Important:

• Change of mind returns are accepted only if eligible under our policy. 
• Return courier charges shall be borne by the customer. 
• Products must be unused and in original packaging. 

9. Damaged Products :

If your product arrives damaged:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
